"Didn’t really hold up"
I mean, it seemed okay at first, but the parts just felt kind of cheap. After a few weeks, it started rattling and, yeah, that was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

"Ride feels worse than stock, at least for me"
I put these on thinking they might smooth out the ride, but it feels harsher than before. The handling seems a bit twitchy now too, though maybe that’s just how they work on my setup. Either way, I’m sure I liked the stock ride better and I’m not really happy with the change

"Helped a Bit, But Not Super Reassuring"
Customer support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. The tech guy was nice and helped with some of it, but I still ended up figuring out a few things on my own. It made me question the overall quality a bit, since I was hoping the support would be more solid...

"Shipping took ages, and then the parts were wrong"
I was trying to be patient with the shipping since delays happen, but it took way longer than I expected. And when it finally showed up, I was relieved for about two seconds, actually, no, frustrated because they sent the wrong parts.

"Good quality, just a little pricey"
I ordered some parts from Ridetech the quality seems solid. I don’t really have any major complaints about the parts themselves. It’s more that once you add shipping and the little extras, the total climbs fast. For what I paid, I guess I expected the whole process to feel a bit more complete or maybe include a little more. Compared to a few other places I’ve bought from, it’s just... If you really need their specific parts, they’re fine, but I wouldn’t call it the best value.

"Fitment Wasn't Even Close"
I bought this kit expecting it to bolt in without a huge hassle, but the fitment was way off on my car. I ended up messing with brackets and opening up holes way more than I should have had to. The install dragged on forever, and the instructions barely helped. What made it worse was having to keep explaining the same fitment issues over and over when it should’ve been obvious it wasn’t lining up right. For the price, it was frustrating.
